Richard Witbreuk
Premier's Disability Advisory Council
Richard Witbreuk grew up in Tasmania, before leaving to live in Melbourne for about 20 years.
Richard moved back to Tasmania prior to the commencement of the COVID-19 pandemic and lives in southern Tasmania.
Richard is passionate about accessible tourism, transport and equal access to beaches. Richard looks to universal design principles to assist in accessibility and inclusion.
Richard likes to look beyond the disability, and see a person who should be treated equally.
Richard has had a diverse career, working as a town planner to disability advocacy. He is currently working in the community sector.
