How do I make the request?

To organise congratulatory messages, please complete and sign one of the following forms and send it to us along with verification of the birthday or anniversary date. Verification can be in the form of a birth/marriage certificate, or a Statutory Declaration declaring the information is correct.

How much notice do I need to give?

Generally speaking, four to six weeks' notice is sufficient. Messages may be organised in a shorter time frame, however it cannot be guaranteed they will arrive in time.

Generally speaking, we do not accept requests for messages more than three months in advance of the date. Any requests received before this time will need to be resubmitted at a later date.

Can I organise belated messages?

Belated messages can be organised up to five weeks after the date, with the exceptions being the Prime Minister, the Governor-General and His Majesty the King (up to 6 months after the date).
