State Service Strategic Management Program (S3MP)

The State Service Strategic Management Program (S3MP) is a collaborative management and leadership development program coordinated by Tasmania Police, State Service Management Office and the University of Tasmania (UTAS). The intensive Program aims to increase management and leadership skills and capabilities of TSS employees, preparing them for senior management roles.
