State Service Industrial Relations

State Service Industrial Relations manages the industrial instruments that prescribe the terms and conditions of employment in the Tasmanian State Service. This is through development, design, research, negotiation, advice and advocacy of employment management policy and regulation. This is conducted with and/or on behalf of agencies and with employee representative organisations.
