The Review will involve two consultation phases, where there will be opportunity to have input.
The first phase is currently underway with the re-release of the Initial Consultation Paper. Submissions to the Paper will be open until 9 October 2020 and will inform the initial report to be provided to the Premier and Treasurer by 31 October 2020..
The second opportunity for consultation will occur between November 2020 and January 2021 to inform the Final Report.

Consistent with Tasmanian Government policy, all submissions will be routinely published on the Review’s webpage at the end of each phase. If you would like your submission treated as confidential, whether in whole or in part, please clearly state this when making a submission clearly along with the reasons why. Confidential submissions will not be published.
Submissions containing defamatory or offensive material will not be published, in whole or in part. Submissions that include information that could enable the identification of other individuals, either all or in parts, will not be published.
