Phase Two Consultation

Formal submissions to the Independent Review of the State Service closed in February 2021. As part of Phase Two Consultation, a consultation tool was launched to allow state servants and other interested stakeholders to have their say on the future of the State Service. The views of the Tasmanian community and the State Service were crucial for informing the Review's final recommendations. We thank you for taking the time to share your views and experiences with us.

Phase Two Submissions

The Review included extensive consultation and engagement through focus groups, group engagements and targeted discussions with key stakeholders. The Independent Reviewer would like to thank all the organisations and individuals who participated in Phase Two consultation or provided a further written submission. These written submissions are in addition to the 32 submissions received during Phase One Consultation. Submissions made confidentially or those that do not meet the Tasmanian Government Public Submissions Policy have not been published.
