We may publish information released in response to a request made under the Right to Information Act 2009. Certain information released will be published in our disclosure log within 48 hours of being released to the applicant.

Note: We only release information from us (the Department of Premier and Cabinet), from the Premier or from our ministers.

About our disclosure log

If an applicant is granted a waiver of the application fee on the basis of general public interest and it is determined the information is in the broader public interest, publication of the released information is likely. An applicant's identity is not published. The category of an applicant is published instead, such as member of parliament, journalist or member of the public.

A summary of the application is also published. This gives context to the nature of the released information. Only information that is considered to be in the broader public interest is published. Personal information and information of a commercial or confidential nature is not published.
