Assisting employees through change

Everyone is part of change and will benefit from managing it better. During times of change and uncertainty, it is especially important to eat well, exercise and take time to recharge and de-stress.

This page contains links and information to help everyone in times of change.

Who you can talk with

Employees are encouraged to speak directly with their manager about any change occurring in the workplace.
