Scott McKeown, Deputy Director of Public Health, Department of Health (Liaison member)

Scott is a Public Health Physician and is Deputy Director of Public Health, Public Health Services in the Department of Health Tasmania. Scott is also a practicing General Practitioner at the Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre Aboriginal Health Service.

Scott is currently Representative of the Minister for Health of the Health Council of Tasmania and Chair of the Clinical Advisory Council for Primary Health Tasmania.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland and a Master of Public Health from the University of New South Wales. Scott is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine (Royal Australasian College of Physicians) and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
