Tasmanians have joined with those around the world in an outpouring of emotion following the passing of Prince Philip.
Prince Philip served his Crown, his country and the Commonwealth for nearly 80 years and during that time he visited Australia on more than 20 occasions and Tasmania nine times.
During those visits, he attended a number of special events and occasions and as a result, many Tasmanians remember him fondly.
We are encouraging any Tasmanian who wishes to leave a condolence message to do so through a variety of ways, including through the following online condolence books:
- where a condolence message form can also be downloaded

For those people, arrangements have been made for all of Service Tasmania’s service centres to assist people to access a computer to leave a message online, or supply a hard copy Condolence Message Form.
These forms can be completed on the spot or taken away and returned. They need to be returned to the service centres by no later than COB 20 April 2021, if they are to be included.
