  • the reasons why.

In this case, we will not publish those parts of your submission.

  • defamatory or offensive material;
  • information that could identify other individuals.

The Right to Information Act 2009 allows people to request access to government information.  This may include your submission. If you have told us you would like your submission to be confidential, your statement explaining the reasons why may help decide if the information is released.   We may also contact you for further comment.
