The recently released 2026 Concessions and Discounts Guide provides more than 100 concession offers and discounts by the Tasmanian Government to the Tasmanian community.
Whether you are a senior on a fixed income, a young family balancing bills, or a community worker supporting others then this guide is a must. Explore it, share it, and make the most of what’s on offer.
Savings on essential services are at the core of the guide with sections on electricity, housing, transport, health, licences, vehicles, parks and heritage, education, property, water and land tax.
A new feature in the printed guide is the addition of QR codes to provide quick access to more information on our website. This gives you the freedom to browse the booklet at your leisure and then jump online if you need to find out if a certain offer is right for you or your family.
To complement the redesigned guide, a new concessions website has been launched, providing a single, accessible source of information on concessions, eligibility requirements and application processes. The website offers improved navigation, enhanced search functionality and regularly updated content, making it easier for Tasmanians to find government support available to them.
