Help shape service centre opening hours that work best for your community.
Service Tasmania is consulting on proposed changes to opening hours at the Campbell Town, Currie, Oatlands, Queenstown and Whitemark service centres to better align services with customer demand and ensure sustainable delivery into the future. They are seeking community feedback on the proposed changes, including which days of the week would best suit each service centre to open and meet local needs.
Your feedback will directly inform the final operating arrangements for each location.

The current and proposed opening hours for the five service centres are summarised below:
Campbell Town
- Current hours: Monday to Friday, 10.30am - 4.00pm (25 hours)
- Proposed hours: 16.5 hours per week (days and times to be determined as part of community consultation)
Currie
- Current hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 11.00am - 4.00pm (20 hours)
- Proposed hours: 10 hours per week (days and times to be determined as part of community consultation)
Oatlands
- Current hours: Monday to Friday, 10.30am - 4.30pm (25 hours)
- Proposed hours: 20 hours per week (days and times to be determined as part of community consultation)
Queenstown
- Current hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 4.30pm (32.5 hours)
- Proposed hours: 16 hours per week (days and times to be determined as part of community consultation)
Whitemark
- Current hours: Monday to Wednesday, 11.00am - 3.00pm, and Thursday and Friday, 12.00pm - 4.00pm (20 hours)
- Proposed hours: 10 hours per week (days and times to be determined as part of community consultation)
