The Premier (or their representative) hosts the event, typically on a weekday afternoon. You and your plus-one guest mingle with fellow recipients and share light refreshments before the formal proceedings. Each recipient is called in turn to collect their certificate and pin and pose for a photograph with the Premier. The photographer is available to take family photos or group shots of you and your colleagues after the formalities.
