Starting a career in the Tasmanian State Service as a Tasmanian veterans has become much easier thanks to a dedicated employment portal.
The portal has job opportunities, resources and guidelines tailored to help veterans transition into a rewarding civilian career. Many of the attributes Veterans possess closely align with the responsibilities and challenges of roles across the TSS. We are committed to supporting Veterans in their civilian careers and actively encourage them to explore the rewarding opportunities available within the State Service.
This portal is part of the Tasmanian Government's Veterans Employment Strategy 2023-2027. It reflects our commitment to empowering Veterans and their partners through employment opportunities, recognising their invaluable skills and experience.
