Closing the Gap

• Annual data compilation reports. The annual data compilation reports provide a snapshot of data published on the Closing the Gap data dashboard, with a summary of progress against the Closing the Gap targets and additional contextual information.

Health and wellbeing

• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Performance Framework 2020 (key health indicators, Tasmania) provides information about health outcomes and the broader determinants of health, including housing, education, health protective and risk factors, and access to health services, for Aboriginal people in Tasmania.
• Regional Insights for Indigenous Communities brings together regional and local data about the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people and communities, to help communities set priorities and participate in joint planning with government and service providers.
• Snapshot of priority populations in Tasmania (Primary Health Tasmania) provides an overview of the health of Aboriginal people and other population groups needing priority focus in Tasmania. It highlights the activity Primary Health Tasmania is involved in to support these population groups and provides links to other resources.
