Routine Disclosure Policy

DPAC finance staff The Department is required by the Right to Information Act 2009 to make information available to the public through proactive disclosure, this means we will routinely make available information that will assist the public in understanding what it is we do and how we do it.

The Department has a policy which relates to the process of disclosing information in accordance with the Right to Information Act 2009. This is may be done through publications (eg fact sheets, discussion papers, annual reports) or via this website.

Some information is not released in this way, either because it is not of general public interest, it is not significant, it is exempt from release, or is otherwise unlawful to release.

If you cannot find the information via one of the channels below, contact us and we may be able to help you find it or provide it to you. If it is not freely available, we will help you make an application for an assessed disclosure.
