Bullying and harassment program

The Stop! Bullying and harassment training program was launched to Heads of Agency and senior executives on 19 July 2006.

The program was developed as a result of a partnership between the Government and Public Sector Unions.

Bullying and harassment is recognised as one of the major contributors to workplace stress. It has a detrimental effect on both individuals and organisations, creating for an unhappy and ineffective working environment.
