SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION ACT 1992 [section 11]

THE
ACTS INTERPRETATION ACT 1931 [section 15(2) and (3)
or not to be continued in force by the operation of section
18]
Any
regulations, rules or by-laws made by, or approved, confirmed or
consented to, by the Governor on or before 20 November 1999,
and not otherwise repealed, rescinded or revoked, will be repealed
on or before 20 November 2009 by the Subordinate
Legislation Act 1992 unless the repeal dates for those enactments
have been postponed by order under section 11 of the Subordinate
Legislation Act 1992 or by another Act of Parliament.
A list of legislation so repealed before and at that date, and currently
postponed enactments, is held at repeals
under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
Where
regulations, rules or by-laws made under a repealed Act have remained
in force after the repeal of such Act and then general regulations,
rules or by-laws are made under that repealing Act, the former regulations,
rules or by-laws are effectively rescinded in certain cases [see
Acts Interpretation Act 1931, s. 15(2) and (3)].
