 PRINCIPAL STATUTORY RULES REPEALED OR EXPIRED, OR THE ENABLING ACT IS REPEALED, IN YEAR 2008

Marked up to, but not necessarily including repeal by, Act No. 63 of 2008, Statutory Rule 2008, No. 177, Gazette of 31 December 2008 and date of 1 January 2009

Where regulations, rules or by-laws made under a repealed Act have remained in force after the repeal of such Act and then general regulations, rules or by-laws are made under that repealing Act, the former regulations, rules or by-laws are effectively rescinded in certain cases [see Acts Interpretation Act 1931, s. 15(2) and (3)].
