 PRINCIPAL STATUTORY RULES REPEALED OR EXPIRED, OR THE ENABLING ACT IS REPEALED, IN YEAR 2007

[BUT NOT INCLUDING BY SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION ACT 1992]

Marked up to, but not necessarily including repeal by, Act No. 78 of 2007, Statutory Rule 2007, No. 141, Gazette of 26 December 2007 and date of 26 December 2007

Where regulations, rules or by-laws made under a repealed Act have remained in force after the repeal of such Act and then general regulations, rules or by-laws are made under that repealing Act, the former regulations, rules or by-laws are effectively rescinded in certain cases [see Acts Interpretation Act 1931, s. 15(2) and (3)].
