PRINCIPAL STATUTORY RULES REPEALED AND EXPIRED, OR THE ENABLING ACT IS REPEALED, IN YEAR 2004

Marked up to Act No. 74 of 2004, Statutory Rule 2004, No. 177, Gazette of 29 December 2004 and date of 1 January 2005

Where regulations, rules or by-laws made under a repealed Act have remained in force after the repeal of such Act and then general regulations, rules or by-laws are made under that repealing Act, the former regulations, rules or by-laws are effectively rescinded in certain cases [see Acts Interpretation Act 1931, s. 15(2) and (3)].
