Order a replacement card

 

The Seniors Card is a lifelong card and does not expire. To replace a lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen card you can:

If you require a new Card because of a name change you will need to go to a Service Tasmania shop and:

  • Show your current Seniors Card and a copy of a legal document (e.g. Birth certificate or marriage certificate) which shows your new name to the Customer Service Officer.
  • You will be given a receipt with your Seniors Card number and new name imprinted on it. This will act as a temporary card for immediate use, in Tasmania only.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your replacement Seniors Card which can be used interstate as well as for finding discounts in Tasmania.
