Profiles about War Memorial Repair and Maintenance Projects

Many Tasmanian communities have memorials to honour their role in military history and remember the fallen.

The War Memorial Repair and Maintenance Grants Program was established to provide $50,000 annually over four years as a contribution to the cost of repairing and maintaining memorials in Tasmania. This grant program has been replaced by the Centenary of ANZAC Grants Program.

The following communities outline how the Grants Program assisted restoration projects.
