Disability Framework for Action 2018-2020

The Tasmanian Government is developing a new Disability Framework for Action for 2018-2020.

There are over 125,000 Tasmanians with disability. They are business people, employees, job seekers, students and volunteers. They are people who are active in sport, recreation and cultural activity.

The Disability Framework for Action 2018-2020 will set out what the Tasmanian Government will do to help make it possible for people with disability to participate equally in all aspects of community life.

In recent years we have achieved a lot to improve the quality of education, transport, housing, government services and employment opportunities for people with disability.

We want to know how we can work together with the Tasmanian community to build on this success.

We want to know what Tasmanians see as the priorities for making Tasmania a better place for people with disability.
