The impacts of climate change on agriculture, biodiversity and our oceans prompt questions about how we eat and drink.
Dr Burges Watson, a health geographer, is a lecturer in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Newcastle University, UK. She sits on the steering group for the Anthropocene Research Group and leads an interdisciplinary Masters course, Global Health in the Anthropocene.
