Moving House - A new age for plant translocation and restoration
Jointly hosted by the Centre for Australian National Biodiversity Research (CANBR) at CSIRO, and the Australian Network for Plant Conservation (ANPC), this conference will include presentations, local field trips and a 1-day threatened plant translocation workshop.
The conference coincides with the release of the third edition of the ANPC's Threatened Plant Translocation Guidelines. It will bring together conservation researchers and practitioners to discuss the latest scientific findings in successful threatened plant translocations. The keynote speaker is Dr Sally Box, Australia's Threatened Species Commissioner.
