Are you interested in serving on a government board or committee?

The Tasmanian Government has a commitment to increasing diversity in the membership of public sector boards and committees.

To support this commitment, the Government maintains a register of women who are interested in serving on Government boards and committees.

Suitably qualified women from diverse backgrounds, including young women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, women of culturally diverse backgrounds, women with a disability and senior women, are encouraged to apply.

Why join the register? Ministers and government agencies often consult the Register when filling vacancies. By providing your email address, you will receive regular email alerts advising of vacancies on Tasmanian Government boards and committees.
