Department of Veterans' Affairs Pensioner Concession Card

This card is available to people who are:

  • Service pensioners
  • Age pensioners who receive their age pension through DVA
  • War widows and widowers receiving an income support supplement.

To be eligible you must:

  • Be receiving at least $1.00 (the minimum fortnightly payment) of an income support system listed above
  • Meet Australian residency requirements and not leave Australia for more than 13 weeks at a time.
